Primary shipping method for NVS Glassworks is USPS (United States Postal Service) and orders over $100 will require a signature. Tracking info will be provided for all orders and can be tracked through the USPS TRACKING TOOL. Our goal is to get you your new purchase quickly and safely. Feel confident in your purchase because all glass items shipped are insured by NVS Glassworks.
Larger items have gone up in cost to ship so we are expanding the shipping carriers we use to FedEx, and USPS. We will use the cheapest shipping option to keep our prices low.
If you have selected express, FedEx Express, a direct signature will be required. Please select the option relating to the destination. (West Coast vs. Mid West/East Coast).
At times, USPS Express will be used as an option when FedEx Express is not feasible.
NVS Glassworks can easily accommodate International orders. You, the purchaser, are responsible for following all local laws pertaining to your shipment and age. All International orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service’s Priority Shipping standard. Depending on your country’s postal service, a signature may not be required.
Due to laws and regulations of other Countries, NVS Glassworks LLC is not responsible for items detained by your country’s customs offices or lost/damaged by your local Post Offices. The USPS website, http://usps.com, will indicate on the Tracking Information page associated with your tracking number if your item has been stalled. Please contact your customs office or mail service if this happens.
