This is an all sales final industry. With that in mind, we want you, the customer, to be satisfied with your new Glass Art purchase.
Occasionally, a defect will escape the quality control of the Artist. For this situation we will exchange out the defective item for the exact same item within 48 hours of the customer receiving the item. A return label will be sent to your email and NVS will cover the cost of shipping. Only New, Unused items can be received for this exchange. If the item is not in stock at the moment, we will ship out the item as soon as it becomes available.
For returns, Store Credit can be given minus a 15% Restocking Fee and any Shipping Charges. Only New, Unused items can be received for store credit. This is a test program and may change in the future.
Glass Art has natural variations in the work from item to item. This is a normal part of working with glass and the nature of Glass Art. If the Artist feels it is within the normal range of their work and distributes it to us, we happily sell it to you. If it is within the normal variation, it is not considered defective.
