Returns and Exchanges

NVS Glassworks is an all-sales-final business.

Glass art naturally varies from piece to piece. These variations are a normal part of working with glass and are part of what makes each piece unique. If the artist considers a piece to be within the normal range of their work and distributes it to us, we are happy to offer it for sale. Normal variations in glass art are not considered defects.

Once an order has left the store, we do not accept exchanges. Exchanges may be made while an order is still at the store, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If an order is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will do our best to resolve the issue. Only new, unused glass can be considered for an exchange. Once you have used a piece, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
