Returns and Exchanges

This is an all sales final industry.  

Glass Art has natural variations in the work from item to item.  This is a normal part of working with glass and the nature of Glass Art.  If the Artist feels it is within the normal range of their work and distributes it to us, we happily sell it to you.  If it is within the normal variation, it is not considered defective.

Once an order has left the store, there are no exchanges. An item can be exchanged while the order is still in the store at a 20% restocking fee.

If an order is incorrect due to the fault of NVS, we will strive to resolve the issue. Only new, unused glass can be accepted; once you smoke out of it, it is yours. Call the store at 503-208-2235 with any issues pertaining to an order as soon as you receive your order.
