NVS Glassworks reserves the right to request ID verification to confirm purchaser and shipping information and help protect you from unauthorized purchases.

If verification is required, you can expect an email after payment and before your order ships. Responding promptly to verification requests helps us process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Returning customers who have already completed ID verification may not be asked to verify again.

Additional verification may be required if the shipping address differs from the address on your ID. In these cases, we may request a photo of a piece of mail showing your name and shipping address to confirm residency.
