Orders with a merchandise value over $100 will require a signature upon delivery.

The primary shipping method for NVS Glassworks is USPS (United States Postal Service). Tracking information will be provided for all orders. Our goal is to get your purchase to you quickly and safely. Feel confident in your purchase with our 15 years of experience shipping glass.

Due to increased shipping costs for larger items, we have expanded our shipping options to include FedEx and USPS. We will select the most economical shipping option available to help keep our prices low. In some cases, USPS Priority Mail Express may be used when FedEx Express is not a feasible option.

NVS Glassworks can accommodate international orders. International purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their purchases and shipments comply with applicable local laws, including age requirements and import restrictions. International orders will generally be shipped using USPS Priority Mail International. Depending on the destination country's postal service, a signature may not be required upon delivery.

Due to the laws and regulations of other countries, NVS Glassworks LLC cannot guarantee that international shipments will clear customs or arrive without delays. NVS Glassworks LLC is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or losses or damage caused by the destination country's customs authorities or local postal services, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Tracking information may indicate if a shipment has been delayed. Please contact your local customs office or postal service for additional information.

Shipping Restrictions: Certain products, including tobacco and vaping-related products, are restricted or prohibited from being shipped by mail under applicable laws and regulations. NVS Glassworks LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally be shipped to the customer's location. Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchases comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Oregon law also prohibits the delivery of certain tobacco and vaping-related products through online and mail orders.

Any additional or unexpected shipping costs must be communicated to and approved by the customer before shipment.
