All sales are final. Exchanges are not accepted once an order has left the store. Exchanges requested while an order is still at the store are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If an order is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Only new, unused glass may be considered for an exchange. Please contact the store as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
