David White – Glass Slug – Teal
David White got his start blowing glass at Tulane University back in 2014. After graduaing, David wanted to further pursue glass blowing. With countless hours spent behind a torch David was able to quit his day job and make glass art a full time career! Today David specializes in hot sculpting glass using specialized tools resulting in perfection. David likes making dinosaurs because of his fascination and appreciation for the giant fossils. He loves knowing that for hundreds of millions of years, Earth was populated by gargantuan lizard monsters. These sculptures are intended to remind us in a fun and whimsical way, about the vast possibilities of different manifestations of life on our planet.
