ID Policy

NVS Glassworks reserves the right to request ID verification to confirm purchaser and shipping information in order to protect you, the buyer, from unauthorized purchases. If requested, you can expect an email and/or phone call after payment and before shipment. The quicker you respond with ID when requested, the faster we can ship out your package. Previous online customers will have their named saved in our system so we know you’ve been verified.

For International orders, you are expected to abide by your country’s rules and age restrictions, as appropriate.

Additional verification may be required when the shipping address is different than the address on the ID.  We will request a picture of a piece of mail, confirming you reside at this address.
