CBD Facts

CBD legality in the USA

While CBD is federally legal in all 50 states, many local municipalities, counties, and states have their own laws in place. Full spectrum CBD with up to 0.3% THC is still illegal locally in some states. We do have THC-free tinctures made from CBD isolate for those areas which allow CBD, but do not allow THC. Please check your local laws prior to ordering, each order.

We can ship topical’s, edibles, tinctures, and pet-safe products to Washington State. We cannot ship isolates or vape cartridges. – All vapable CBD must be sold in a licensed I-502 store.
